The Backstory

Hemper.co, founded by Bryan Gerber, Ravjot Bhasin, and Henry Kochhar, is a company based in Hauppauge,
New York, specializing in shipping boxes of smoking accessories to subscribers. Bryan Gerber, inspired by his
frustration with ordering rolling papers online during college, envisioned a business that would make such products
easily accessible. Alongside his college friends, they curated a selection of smoking accessories, streamlined the ordering
process, and marketed their products outside of traditional channels.

Despite the stigma surrounding cannabis, Gerber’s drive to succeed remained unwavering. Within a year of launching, Hemper.co had generated over a million dollars in sales from their subscription boxes. Today, the company boasts more than (well, they don’t want to brag, but lets just say it might be in the high xx,xxx range) monthly subscribers and has shipped several hundred thousand boxes to members.

But its wan’t always smooth sailing. Hemper was looking for a way to exponentially grow their online presence and capture an organic audience that would not just fall in love with their brand, but CONVERT to sales and help drive the company’s aggressive plans for growth.
